Whether it is to pick up skills to bake / cook or to have fun / destress, ReJoyce can provide your friends and you customised sessions at special rates. Quiche, pies, pasta, cakes, cookies, scones, desserts, savoury or sweet, all free from animal products, free from allium and free from alcohol. Classes are conducted in halal friendly studio, which uses no pork, no lard and no alcohol.
Classes can be conducted in English or Mandarin, as per your preference. Lower rates are available if you have a small group, but open the class to public. Weekdays / weekends, choose your preferred timing.

About the Instructor, Joyce Thong
Started off as a self taught baker, Joyce embarked on the journey to create delicious vegan desserts. Not able to find any schools teaching vegan desserts in Singapore, Joyce enrolled in an overseas course with an international school - Rouxbe Cooking School. She graduated first in class with final grades of 100% in her batch. She currently holds an Essential Vegan Dessert Course certificate with Rouxbe.
Apart from desserts, Joyce also enjoys veganising western dishes, especially those that are not easy to find in Singapore eateries. Joyce acquired Chinese cooking skills from her mother, very much due to popular requests of customers who had tried her old school dishes like radish cake.
ReJoyce aims to create vegan food that tastes as satisfying as, if not, better than non-vegan food, while at the same time, kinder and healthier.

Great class to learn vegan baking. Recipes provided are not only healthy but incredibly tasty and simple to make. Can't wait to try baking at home.
A well-paced baking class that entails clear demonstration and explanations from the instructor and hands-on component that is manageable for beginner vegan baker like myself, Thank you Joyce ! Hope that more people will be inspired to do vegan baking :)
Joyce's style of describing, demonstrating and assisting during the hands-on portions of the course is very effective. She provides easy to follow recipes with substitutions and options to suit different tastes and dietaryoptions. I enjoyed the course and look forward to learning more in the future.
It is quite therapeutic to attend the vegan baking class. Joyce makes vegan baking so simple and easy to do. Lastly, it is quite a satisfying to savour the delicious cakes and cookies that I baked. :)
