Orange & Chocolate Cake:
An improved version from the previous Orange Cranberry & Chocolate Cake, this version comes with an even softer cake packed with refreshing orange flavour, frosted with luscious dark chocolate ganache and topped with crunchy roasted almonds.
Cake Ingredients:
Unbleached flour, non-gmo soy milk, oranges, sugar, rice bran oil, dark chocolate couverture, almond*, organic apple cider vinegar, baking powder, organic psyllium husk, himalayan pink salt.
Keep in fridge if not consuming within the day of collection. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before consuming. No preservatives used. Best consumed within 2 days.

Smooth and creamy peanut butter “cheese” cake, layered on a chocolate cookie base, and topped with dark chocolate peanut butter, an absolutely delightful combo.
Ingredients:
Tofu (non-gmo), peanut butter, wheat flour, coconut cream, sugar, cocoa powder, rice bran oil, corn flour, non-gmo soy milk, organic apple cider vinegar, dark chocolate, fermented tofu, Himalayan pink salt, baking powder, baking soda.
Keep refrigerated. No preservatives used. Best consumed within 2 days.

Great class to learn vegan baking. Recipes provided are not only healthy but incredibly tasty and simple to make. Can't wait to try baking at home.
A well-paced baking class that entails clear demonstration and explanations from the instructor and hands-on component that is manageable for beginner vegan baker like myself, Thank you Joyce ! Hope that more people will be inspired to do vegan baking :)
Joyce's style of describing, demonstrating and assisting during the hands-on portions of the course is very effective. She provides easy to follow recipes with substitutions and options to suit different tastes and dietaryoptions. I enjoyed the course and look forward to learning more in the future.
It is quite therapeutic to attend the vegan baking class. Joyce makes vegan baking so simple and easy to do. Lastly, it is quite a satisfying to savour the delicious cakes and cookies that I baked. :)
