1. Vegan Baking Basics - Berry Muffins & Chocolate Pound Cake (2 hours)
Sometimes, you just want a nice slice of chocolate cake, reminiscing the childhood moments. But when you get the supermarket version, it doesn't taste the same any more. Too sweet, too oily... And if you are a vegan or vegetarian, have egg or dairy allergies, or are looking for healthier treats, then they are a big No. But fret not, as you can easily make tasty vegan cakes at home, with reduced sweetness and fats.
